Villa Eva offers spacious and comfortably furnished apartments, which are also suitable for stays of several weeks. The apartments are ideally located for exploring the Renon Ritten by train or bus.
With the RittenCard you can use public transport in South Tyrol for free. The RittenCard is included in the price.
The Corno del Renon Rittnerhorn, in the vast network of walking and hiking trails, is only 4 km away and can be easily reached by car or bus.

We require a minimum stay of 7 nights. We are convinced that a longer stay contributes to an even more relaxing and restful holiday. If you take the time to settle in properly and explore the area at your own pace, you will make the most of your holiday.
For us, the important thing is to allow you to plan your holiday at your own pace. We want you to feel at home and have the freedom to organise your stay as you wish.
We would like to point out that unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

The local tax, from 2,50 Euro per night and person up from 14 years, is to be payed in place and is not included in the price.

Arrival and Departure
At arrival all the persons, who access the apartments, must produce a valid identification document, for the purpose of registration of their data and period of journey, by law.
The apartment is available on arrival day up from 5.00 PM (or earlier by telephone arrangement) and must be vacated on the departure day by 9.30 AM, following an inspection of the apartment.
The access to the apartment is allowed to hosted persons only.
Invitations and visits (even for a short time) are not allowed nor in the apartment, neither outdoors.

Smoking
It is forbidden to smoke in all public places. We kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartments. It is allowed to smoke in outdoor area
Pets are not allowed

We wish you a good arrival

By train or by bus

Because of the central location of Villa Eva (5 minutes walk to the bus and train station) and good train and bus connections, you can leave the car during your vacation.

From Bolzano train station you have the following options to reach Villa Eva in Collalbo Renon (about 17 km) .

BY BUS: The bus stop is located 100 m right by the exit from to the station of Bolzano (Arrivals/Departure sector B). Approximate driving time 35 minutes.

BY CABLE CAR AND TRAIN The cable car station is located about 10 minutes walk from the train station at the end of the “Rittner Straße/Via Renon” on the right from the exit of the railway station. In about 12 minutes your reach Oberbozen/Soprabolzano, and then you reach Klobenstein/Collalbo with the narrow gauge railway in about 16 minutes.

City bus Bozen – Luggage transport from home to Villa Eva and back – Bags & bike depot – tours & more
...at the rotary traffic (coming from Bolzano take the third exit) (coming fron Collalbo take the first exit), turn left, 2 m after the railway track (car park) – turn left again – right car park Villa Eva.
With Skyalps to Bolzano and then with the shuttel to Collalbo directly to Residence Villa Eva.
