The prices are quoted per apartment and day. They include the use of the apartment for the mentioned number of persons, parking lot per apartment and VAT 10%, changes of VAT rate and relative changes of prices reserved. House guests only are allowed to access the apartments. The access to the apartments for further persons must be arranged with us previously.
For short stays price on request

Short stay - weekend
For stays of less than 7 days we reserve us to exchange the booked apartment with an equivalent one. We charge 30,00 € - 40,00 € for final cleaning.

Free use of the equipment for children:
child bed with laundry, high chair, box, WC ring for children, stroller, carry-rucksack, see-saw, sand box with toys
Reductions dipendig on the seasons and lenght of stay. Till 2,99 years: 35% -100%, from 3 - 5,99 years: 0% - 35%, from 6 - 13,99 years: 0% - 20%

- Bi-directional dialling in each apartment
- Change of the laundry once a week
- Change of the towels twice a week
- Normal final cleaning - stays for at least a week

Services on request:
-  Internet hot spot wireless point. In each apartment you can read your e-mails, surf in the internet with your own
   our laptop (on request) with high speed and wireless. The card for the internet access can be purchased at the reception.
- Travel insurance.
-  We provide fresh bred, drinks, newspapers, the cleaning for private laundry. These services are not included in the price.

Your booking
will become definitive by a written reservations and a deposit as a confermation for each apartment. The deposit amounts to the price of 3 days with travel insurance or 30% of the whole price agreed without travel insurance - the minimum amount willl be the price of 3 days. Please transfer one of the above mentioned amounts as a deposit in order to officially confirm your booking.

Payment
Please pay the rest of the amount in cash at your arrival or per bank tranfer before the arrival, We do not accept credit cards, POS and checks.

Arrival and departure
The day of arrival and departure is Saturday. On request we try to make it possible to arrive and depart also on other weekdays. The apartment will be hand in on the arrival day after 5.00 PM. On the departure day the apartment will be inspected before leaving until 9.30 AM.

Cancellation of booking
At cancellation of booking, belated arrival and interruption of journey the arranged amount will be charged, if the apartment can not be let otherwise. The deposit will be retained in case of cancellation.
The eventual damage can be covered stipulating a travel insurance through us.
