Villa Eva is located in Collalbo in a sunny and quiet position, with a beautiful view on the Dolomites (Langkofel, Plattkofel, Schlern, Rosengarten, Latemar, Zanggen, Schwarz- and Weißhorn).
The favorable position of the house, nearby the forest, the historical train station and the bus stop and starting point of many paths for walks, allows you to leave your car.

You can reach the center of Collalbo in 5 - 10 minutes on foot: supermarket, bakery, newsstand, souvenirs, banks, cake shop, hairdresser, beauty salon, chemist, doctor, medical corps, dry cleaner, petrol station, public swimming pool, tennis court, icerink, bus- and train station. The cable car to the Rittner Horn, the ski slopes, the ski lifts and the cross-country skiing slopes are 4 km away.
The house and the ski area can be reached easily by car also in wintertime.
