Villa Eva offers spacious and comfortably furnished apartments, which are also suitable for stays of several weeks. The apartments are ideally located for exploring the Renon Ritten by train or bus.
With the RittenCard/Gust Pass you can use public transport in South Tyrol for free.
The Corno del Renon Rittnerhorn, in the vast network of walking and hiking trails, is only 4 km away and can be easily reached by car or bus.

We require a minimum stay of 7 nights. We are convinced that a longer stay contributes to a more relaxing, restful holiday and to the sostainability . If you take the time to settle in properly and explore the area at your own pace, you will make the most of your holiday.
For us, the important thing is to allow you to plan your holiday at your own pace. We want you to feel at home and have the freedom to organise your stay as you wish.

General conditions
The prices listed are applied per night for a minimum stay of 7 nights and for the minimum of occupancy. In case of any VAT rate increases, the prices will be adjusted. The local tax is to be payed in place and is not included in the price.
Booking
will become definitive by a written reservations and a deposit as a confirmation. The deposit amounts to 30% of total price agreed. With the payment of the deposit you confirm to have read and to agree with our conditions below. Each further payment before your arrival is considered as a deposit (caparra confirmatoria). The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival or by bank transfer before arrival

Arrival and Departure
At arrival all the persons, who access the apartments, must produce a valid identification document (also for children), for the purpose of registration of their data and period of journey, by law. Registered guest only can access the Residence. Invitations and visits are not allowed.
The apartment is available on arrival day up from 5.00 PM (or earlier by telephone arrangement) and must be vacated on the departure day by 9.30 AM, following an inspection of the apartment.
Smoking
It is forbidden to smoke in all public places. We kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartments. During smoking on the balcony or terrace please close doors and windows to prevent smoke in the apartments.
Pets are not allowed
Cancellation of booking
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated (Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers Code).
However, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal: • Cancellations until 90 days prior the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. • Cancellation from 89 days until 30 days prior the day of arrival: the deposit will be retained. • Cancellation from 29 prior the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit. • In case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit. • In case of earlier departure or later arrival: 100% of the agreed current price for every day not used.
Travel insurance
What if something happens that prevents you from starting your holiday, or obliges you to return home prematurely or you can't go on vacation at all?
Take advantage of the proposed convenient travel insurance. The premium for the insurance must be transferred together with the payment of the deposit for confirmation. If the insurance is taken out after this date, trip cancellation insurance cover is only provided for events that occur from the 10th day after the insurance is taken. The amount of the premium depends on the total agreed amount.

Guest Pass/RittenCard
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Purpose
The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.
Recipient
In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder and unified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller in processing the transferred data. For further information regarding the processing to which the data will be subjected, you can send an email to privacy@moko.bz.it.
